Buying or selling, we sit on your side of the table.
A disciplined, fully transparent transaction run by a senior broker-advisor who works exclusively for you.
The aircraft sales process has become genuinely complex. We handle that complexity for you, and we do it without the conflict a dealer carries.
Whether you’re acquiring an asset or selling one, we manage the full lifecycle of the transaction: realistic valuations, a targeted marketing campaign, hard negotiation and a clean closing.
- Independent valuations grounded in live, comparable-market data
- Discreet, targeted marketing to qualified buyers, not a fire sale
- Negotiation led by a senior advisor, always on your behalf
- Coordination of pre-buy, escrow, title and closing logistics
- Transparent, agreed-upon fee, no hidden markups
A disciplined process, start to close.
Mission & mandate
We start with how you actually fly, range, payload, runway requirements, ownership horizon and budget, before a single aircraft is on the table.
Market & valuation
We build the comparable set, pressure-test pricing, and give you an honest read on where the market is, not where we wish it would be.
Selling or Searching
Sellers get a robust, targeted campaign. Buyers get a vetted shortlist. Either way, we run the outreach and qualify every buyer or candidate aircraft.
Negotiate & Due Diligence
We negotiate terms and oversee pre-buy inspections, records and specification reviews so surprises surface before signatures.
Closing & Smooth Landing
Escrow, title, registration and delivery, coordinated to a clean closing and a smooth handover.
As an independent brokerage house, we don't carry the asset — we earn only by representing you well. That's the Integris difference.
Straight answers, before the call.
How does Integris get paid on a brokerage engagement?
By the client we represent, on a fee agreed and disclosed before work begins. We take no commission, referral fee or rebate from anyone else in the transaction, and we hold no inventory, so nothing we recommend is something we need to move.
Do you represent both the buyer and the seller?
No. We act for one party in a transaction, never both. Dual representation is common in this market and rarely disclosed plainly. We decline it.
How do you value an aircraft?
Against comparable closed transactions rather than asking prices. Asking prices describe hope; closed deals describe the market.
Will my aircraft be listed publicly?
Only if that serves you. Many sell-side mandates run as discreet, targeted campaigns to qualified buyers rather than public listings, particularly where the owner does not want to signal a change.
