Independent due diligence before you sign.
Big mistakes can happen before the first flight ever occurs. We examine each aircraft, as well as the price and the documents, so your decision is based on facts.
An aircraft is only worth what its records, condition and market support. We confirm all three.
We assess whether the asset is right for your mission, if the price reflects true market value and the maintenance holds up to scrutiny. We then hand you a clear recommendation.
- Mission-fit and comparative market analysis
- Specifications, equipment and modification review
- Records, airworthiness-directive and damage-history audit
- Pre-purchase inspection oversight at a qualified facility
- A written go / no-go recommendation with supporting reasoning
From target to confident decision.
Define the Mission
We translate how you fly into a specific aircraft type, so we evaluate candidate aircraft against your needs, not market hype.
Value the Asset
Independent valuation against live comparables tells you whether the asking price is real, before you move forward with an offer.
Audit the records
Logbooks, ADs, service bulletins and damage history, reviewed for the gaps that quietly erase value later.
Oversee the Pre-Buy
We manage the physical inspection at a reputable facility and interpret the findings on your behalf.
Recommend
You receive a clear go / no-go recommendation, and if it’s “No”, you’ll know exactly why so you can walk away without regret.
Since we work exclusively for you, we have every reason to speak up when the records don’t add up, and no incentive to look the other way.
What buyers ask us first.
What is a pre-buy inspection, and who oversees it?
A pre-purchase inspection is a physical and records examination of the aircraft at a qualified facility before you commit. We agree the facility and the scope, oversee the inspection and interpret the findings on your behalf.
What does the go / no-go recommendation include?
A written recommendation with the reasoning behind it: mission fit, valuation against closed comparables, records and airworthiness-directive findings, and the inspection results. If the answer is no, you will know exactly why.
Can you help before I have found an aircraft?
Yes. Defining the mission first, annual hours, routine and maximum legs, runways and passengers, narrows the candidate list honestly. Our brokerage service then runs the search and the purchase.
How is this engagement priced?
Per aircraft, on a fee agreed before we start. We receive nothing from the seller, the inspection facility or any lender.
