C-Suite Executives
Principals who need a trusted advisor to handle the complexity of a transaction without consuming their time or attention.
Integris Aviation Consultancy is a private aviation advisory firm. We don't hold inventory, we don't take aircraft in trade, and we never sit on both sides of a deal. That single structural choice changes whose interests we serve: yours.
Integris Aviation was founded by David Clark, a 36-year aviation veteran, on a simple conviction: the people advising you on a multi-million-dollar aircraft should only act in your best interests, as a fiduciary does.
Many firms in this market are dealers. They carry their own inventory, take jets in on trade, and earn on the spread. It's a legitimate business, but it means the airplane they recommend is sometimes the airplane they need to move. The buyer is left guessing how much of the advice is true advocacy and how much is not.
We built Integris Aviation to remove that question. We are paid to represent one party in a transaction, and we tell that party the truth, including when the truth is "walk away." With over three decades and more than $250 million in transactions, that posture has earned the kind of long-term relationships that set us apart.
Since then the firm has formalized how it works into the Aviation Value Framework: eight areas, reviewed together, that tell whether an aviation program supports the business or quietly drains it.
We have no aircraft to offload and nothing to push. Every recommendation is judged on one question: is it right for your mission and your long-term needs?
We represent you and only you. We never broker both ends of a deal, and we never quietly market our own book to you as "opportunities."
The advisor you work with runs your transaction from start to finish. No junior desk — the person accountable for the outcome is with you all the way.
Mission, growth plan and mobility need come first. The aircraft is the output of that analysis, never the input.
Independent advice works in your favor. Whether you’re a family office on the Coasts or a C-suite executive in the Midwest, the value we bring is the same: unbiased, sage advice from a firm with no inventory to move. We structure our engagement around your mission. That’s it.
