Gap analysis:
Gap analysis is a service that we offer our clients for added success and peace of mind. A gap analysis happens one month prior to the audit and is a review of all the company flight operations manuals prior to the on-site audit. The auditor will review the company manuals against IS-BAO protocols and procedures. If deficiencies are noted, the auditor will inform the client of any irregularities or concerns. A gap analysis is not offered by all auditors, but we believe in partnering together to achieve higher standards. We want our clients to be prepared, informed, and confident!

IS-BAO Consulting Services:
We provide many different levels of consulting whether you are looking for a full day on-site evaluation to progress to the next registration level or advice on a particular IS-BAO protocol. We offer customized project development and advice for any stage or component.

She has a diverse background in aviation operations including working for a Part 135 charter company, a Part 121 airline, and three Fortune 500 companies. She understands her clients, challenges, and knows not all safety management systems are created equal.
